At Corevision we believe in Customer Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may inform us above the same.In case customer wants refund for the same, intimation to be provided by email to the Customer Care. Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers /Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers /Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
Return Terms & Conditions
• Product should be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Product should be in proper condition and should not be used.
• Please contact our Customer Care before initiating return of product or for a refund.
• Products that have been used or opened will not be accepted unless if incorrect product is received.
Replacement
The 30 Day Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Website. If at the time of delivery and/or within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the products can ask for replacement of the products from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions :-
• Notify seller of any defects in the products at the time of delivery of the products and/or within 30 days from the date of delivery and the same products will be replaced in return of the defective products.
• Replacement can be for the entire products or parts of the product subject to availability of the same with the seller.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement :-
• Damages due to misuse of product.
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.
• Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
•Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
Cancellation And Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by Phone, we’ll solve immediately, else you can proceed further to refund policy as mentioned below:-
1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may request a return within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
2. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods like Private Courier services.
How To Return An Item:-
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you:
To exchange/return the goods if you find any manufacturing defect or the goods purchased is not useful for the purpose it was meant, within 30 days from the date of purchases, provided any seal / protection on the goods is kept unbroken.
Please send an email to [email protected] to request a refund and we will process for refund against your request. Also, send the Products to company head office or authorized sale point as per billing conditions.
Your Package should include a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the original invoice or delivery challan and ID, ADDRESS Proof to the company with the goods
Conditions for no Return Exceptions:-
Pre Delivery Opened or pre Delivery Damaged items cannot be returned:- If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is opened, tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Direct Seller ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 7 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Return duration is 10 days Apart from condition reserved herein above.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:-
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product after receiving from delivery boy.
2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging including the retail box, originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number/Batch number.
Restocking Fee and Refund:-
There are no restocking fees. But, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of return of products, and product product should reach to us with all the Accessories intact in proper manner or unused or unharmed product

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:-
Condition: - Please Find the following conditions to be checked with categories of the products:-
Correct Product :- IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should
match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product :- All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product :- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. ICloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product :- The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging :- Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller/Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited.
Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return
1. In certain cases where the seller/Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
2. During Un-box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an un-box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable. Un-box Deliveries are available in select pin codes that will be available on order summary page.
3. For products where installation is provided by Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited’s authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
Please Note:
• Un-Box Delivery will only be available in select pincodes. If your order is eligible for OBD, you will get an option to select Un-Box Delivery in the checkout page.
• In Un-Box Delivery, our Delivery Associate will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery. Both outside as well as the brand packing is opened and shown to you. This ensures that you only receive what you ordered
• In case you find the product to be missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered please ask the Delivery Associate to take it back immediately.In case of COD you'll get your refund immediately from the Delivery Associate. In case of prepaid orders, you'll get a refund credited to your account according to seller's return policy
• Return requests for Missing, Damaged or Mis-shipment will not be accepted once Un-Box Delivery is successfully completed
• In case you find the device to be defective upon turning it on, you may contact Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limited for replacement/refund as per the returns policy
• Card on Delivery is not acceptable for Un-Box Delivery
• Customer should complete payment before opening the box (for COD orders)

• You understand that for Un-Box Delivery, You are required to take the delivery of product in person after producing a valid identity card. Production of valid identity card is optional only if there are other modes of delivery available at Your pin code other than Un-Box Delivery.
• In case You choose cash on delivery mode of payment at the time of order, You understand and agree that the payment has to be made in full before the product can be opened to complete the Un-Box Delivery.
• You agree and understand that only the delivery boy ("Delivery Associate") is entitled to open product package and deliver the product to You for Your inspection
• You agree to inspect the product in the presence of the Delivery Associate and confirm on the product by signing on the mobile/paper delivery sheet. You understand that inspection means checking the physical appearance & components of the product, if any, and does not include testing the functioning of the product
• You understand that in case the product purchased is not the same as the product delivered, the delivery will be considered as 'failed' and the refund of the product price paid will be refunded as per the policies of the seller of the product. In case of cash paid on delivery, the refund will be made to You immediately by the Delivery Associate.
• You agree and understand that all other policies of the seller/Website will be suitably applicable to You and the transaction completed on the Website and You agree to abide by and adhere to the same.
