18. Governing Law And Jurisdiction: The User Agreement or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to all Clauses above, all disputes arising under this Agreement between You and Corevision Entrepreneurs Private Limitedshall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan India.
