Business Volume (B.V.):- It is the value of a product on which the Sales is done. It can be seen on the company's website. The B.V. of product may be equivalent to selling price or different as may be declared by the company from time to time. Business Volume can also be changed from time to time by the company.
Point Value (P.V.):- It is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on the company's website. The P.V. of a product may different for different customer/Associate depending on the discounts and offers applicable from time to time and person to person which is declared by the company from time to time. Point Value can also be changed from time to time by the company.
Any Registration:- Any Registration from any Distributor Id. is free, hence 0 B.V.(Business Volume) & 0 P.V. (Point Value).
Buy:- You can Buy anything (if you wish to) From our website after your registration, and every sale will add up some PV in your account. There is no compulsion of sale or purchase.
Qualification:- Once you Register(registration is free) two people (one on the left and one on the right side) who wish to buy our products or services, You will get Qualified for doing Business with us (without doing any sale).
Main leg (Group) and other leg / Legs (Group) :- The leg (Group) with highest Business Volume is called main leg (Group) of Direct Seller. All the legs (Group) other than the main leg (Group) are called other leg/legs (Group). Main leg (Group) may be different in different months.
Proposer/ Sponsor:- A Direct Seller who promotes a new person to become Direct Seller in his/her group termed as a Proposer.
Parent Upline:- Just immediate upline of new applicant termed as a sponsor.
How to become Direct Seller :-You can register free as customer and There is no charge/fee for registration as a Direct Seller. The person interested in joining is required to apply online on the application form available on the company's website. The details of who has proposed the applicant with the necessary details are to be filled in the column of the proposer and the detail of sponsor in the sponsor column. In addition please fill eKYC form and submit for verification, the original scan copy of the applicant's photo, identity card, address proof and bank account details has to be uploaded. The terms and conditions given with the application are to be read and accepted. List of the documents to be uploaded along with the application form for becoming a Direct Seller.

After scrutiny of the eKYC form and documents and then the acceptance of applicant as Direct Seller, your account will be verified and will be activated for all features and benefits. The Unique/Distributor ID Number will be given on website with approval and can be used for any communication further in future with the company. After receiving ID Number, the Direct Seller has to obtain the ID card by login their personal information on Website and can ask for approval of the same and that id card will be provided with the First Purchase of yours. One Direct Seller can sponsor as many people as he/she desires. You can stay a customer forever and enjoy the shopping benefits without any obligation or charges.
Calculation of Sales Incentive on Ratio Basis:-
Calculation of Sale Incentive :- Sales Incentive is calculated on a fixed Ratio of business volume of the purchase made by direct sellers and their groups on the basis as follows:
Total Point Value or Point Value of Left Hand Side Organization by you and your entire team by purchasing different products {(PV of A=1000) + (PV of B=1000) +(PV of C=1001) = 3001PV.
Total Point Value or Point Value of Right Hand Side Organization by you and your entire team by purchasing different products {(PV of A=3000) + (PV of B=3000) +(PV of C=3001) = 9001PV.
Formula For Payout Calculation (in 3:1 or 1:3)=INR0.3/-
{TOTAL LHS PV/3000:: TOTAL RHS PV/9000} or { TOTAL LHS PV/9000:: TOTAL RHS PV/3000}
3001/3000 :: 9001/9000 = CHEQUE INR 990/- (Inclusive of all the Taxes)
Carry Forward of LHS P.V. = 1 and Carry Forward of RHS P.V. = 1 which will stay in your account and can be used in further Income generation.
